If you are booking for 2 or more people, don't forget to fill in the names of the participants so that we can send the rooming list to the hotels on the agreed dates. You will then only have to give your name when you arrive to collect your room.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
1. Log in with your login/password
2. In the menu on the top right, select "Orders/Participants" and then "List of participants".
3. Check that all the fields are filled in and that all the products are allocated to the person (s) who will be staying / participating in the event
Why is this step required?
It aims to facilitate your arrival at the hotel and/or to establish the programme/badge for the event. This is necessary even for an order with only one participant (the person placing the order is often different from the person attending the event).
